Our connection with the land is interwoven with the rise and fall of emotions that permeate our daily lives. Within the layers of a painting worked from experimental methods there is often an unexpected outcome where past experiences merge into a magical time and place. These painting initially come from that hidden place in my mind, where memories of past travels dwell, and then emerge into something very tangible and recognisable. They paint themselves as I watch on.

These are currently unframed works. They frame up to approximately 97 cm x 67 cm. The painting below is View from the Top, acrylic on synthetic paper, and one of several that are sold.
